- Answer There 10 screws around the edge on in the middle. After they I used a flat head in the front edge and rotate it till it popes open

- Answer Yes the ram is upgradeable as well as there is a hard drive slot and 2 ssd ports. As for monitors not to sure but there is 1 HDMI port and 1 type c port
