“Hello, just got one of these: For the extra SSD slot, is it advised to install a SSD w/ or w/o a heatsink/shield? I.E. is there enough space inside for a sink/shield? Also can I get a CL# or parts example for upgrading the ram? (I don't want to messup)”

I have a secondary 2TB NVMe in mine with no heatsink and have not noticed any issues. If you buy one with a heatsink you may struggle to get it to fit. As for RAM I upgrade to the RAM I linked below and it runs great.
