YES. That said, if youre gonna install games to it, youll also need to open your Steam client, tap Steam in the top left corner > Settings > Storage. You should see a drop-down menu full of drive names and letters, with an option to add a drive. Add it and youll be able to tell Steam which drive to install to when you start downloading your games.
