This card is instock at microcenter. https://www.microcenter.com/product/675977/asus-nvidia-geforce-rtx-4070-ti-super-tuf-gaming-overclocked-triple-fan-16gb-gddr6x-pcie-40-graphics-card I don’t know if they are close to you though as you have to buy it in store and can not have it shipped through them.

    • Answer It is overclockable. Mine even runs above the listed boost 2.76ghz at 2.80+ ghz and I didnt even do anything to overclock it.
