Yes 850 is more than enough. Now the graphics card fan does get covered. I currently run on 1660 ti and I have yet to run into issue. Graphics cards do cover over the fan but does not prevent the cooling operation. There is a slight gap.Also before you buy check gpu compatibility.

Your power needs can be quickly determined by going to a custom, build your own system website. Choose your motherboard, your video card and the number of HD's you have and most of these sites will tell you the exact power draw of your system.
