Any monitor with HDMI will absolutely work, just do not expect a great experience if playing games on a 4K display. As far as changing the Windows 11 UI experience to be similar to Windows XP, there are third party softwares you can install to do this but it is not recommended because the potential issues can arise from the softwares. The best solution is changing the Taskbar to be closer to Windows 10.
