“Is there any way to get an extension for the power cord? This thing is unbelievably short! Maybe it's my house, but there's no where I can plug it in and actually use the dang thing. I bought a regular extension cord but it didn't work. Just a dud?”

• Extension cable does work with the laptop, a 3-pronged cable needs to be used.
