“I find that the battery dies very quickly, even when it’s asleep overnight. Is it ok to leave it plugged in mostly or would that impact the battery? Should I turn it off completely overnight rather than just close the cover and let it go to sleep?”

I had the same exact concern, although I can still hold around 5-6 hours to a charge. To be safe, I just got into the habit of using it not plugged in during the day, then use it plugged in during the afternoon/night. By the time I go to bed, the battery's fully charged so I can just turn off the computer completely for the night and have a full battery for the next day. Hope this helps!
