A:AnswerI bought this laptop 5 months ago from Best Buy. It has been a nightmare. The laptop shuts down after 5-10 minutes of gaming (Baldur's Gate 3). Sometimes I can play for 1 hour. The cooling design has issues. The dedicated 3050 video card should be fine. The only way to game more than 5-10 minutes is to unplug the laptop and play on battery which turns on low performance mode (less frames). I've had this laptop repaired by both Best Buy Geek Squad in October 2023 AND Asus Repair Center in December 2023. Nothing has been fixed. Terrible experience for me and I will never buy an Asus laptop again. Good luck to you!
A:AnswerWithout opening up the laptop with a dozen or so tiny screws I can't answer directly but it's pretty easy to find. I added a 1TB drive. Should have taken a picture. You'll see the slot with the connectors to receive the new drive.
