Q: QuestionHello, A previous question asked if the RAM was upgradable. The ASUS web site shows "8GB DDR5 on board 8GB DDR5 SO-DIMM Max Total system memory up to:16GB" This already has 16GB of RAM. Was the answer wrong?
Asked by Hiatt.
- A:Answer According to Crucial, it has 8GB soldered and 8GB in a SODIMM slot, but they are not dual channel. They say you can replace the 8GB SODIMM with a 16GB SODIMM although someone said a 32GB SODIMM works as well.
