• No, this specific laptop model doesn't have a Thunderbolt port, only USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C, USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A and USB 2.0 Type-A. Yes, the RAM is upgradeable.

• I went to the ASUS site and just chatted with ASUS support. This PC comes with 8GB onboard and 8GB SODIM in the one slot. It maxes out at 16GB so cannot be upgraded. Interesting that ASUS answers provided the answer above. I will check when the computer arrives today with the SN.
