Hi, I have the same issue and found this fairly reasonable adapter here: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/j5create-usb-3-0-to-gigabit-ethernet-adapter-gray/2001047.p?skuId=2001047 Haven't gotten to try it yet but USB3 shouldn't have a problem handling Gb speeds. I saw some on ebay that claim even higher rates but that's kinda silly given ethernet only goes up to 1Gb duplexed.
