I bought a laptop three weeks ago. It was shipped to me since it was not in stock. Upon arrival, I brought it to the Geek Squad, and scheduled a pickup for two days later. About two hours later they called me and said it is done, come and get it. Whether you would get the same service probably depend on what is to be done and how busy they are.
