• I have this laptop. Based on an upgrade video I've seen, you're able to at least upgrade to 20GB - including the 4GB that's built-in (not in the easy-swap slot). If you go to Crucial.com, it showcases that you can buy at least 1 16GB card, but there's an option for 2. You're looking at least a capacity of 20GB-32GB. Hope that helps!
