- Answer yeah at about 20 fps! Sorry no it's not a gaming laptop even with the few techniques that you can use to bump the numbers. Ryzen Controller from a team on GitHub helps a bit.

- Answer You know the new revision of Windows Pro has a lot of new VR support. That said I'm not sure that the hardware can handle it. You can get it up to 20 Gb ram with an upgrade.

- Answer Sorry I meant the RAM top amount is 32Gb, however 4 of those Gb is soldered to the board. You can get a 16Gb Module and replace the 8 leaving you with 20. That's really not bad. Try to match manufacturer and speed as well as you can. Search for CPUID a nice small utility.

QuestionI have the same problem I saw earlier. I Cannot read the keys. The suggested solution is a keyboard skin. Unfortunately I have not been able to find a keyboard skin that matches the key layout on the X712DA

- Answer Bought a skin that mostly matched and cut off the parts that didn't fit. There is no skin I could find that fully matched the key layout. Bestbuy didn't have anything on their website that fit either. Wireless keyboard is great, but a pain to carry around. Big design flaw, imo, and if ASUS knows of a skin that would work they should post a link, or at least enough details so it can be found.

- Answer I have this laptop. Based on an upgrade video I've seen, you're able to at least upgrade to 20GB - including the 4GB that's built-in (not in the easy-swap slot). If you go to Crucial.com, it showcases that you can buy at least 1 16GB card, but there's an option for 2. You're looking at least a capacity of 20GB-32GB. Hope that helps!
