“I can't play a simple DVD!! (1st time I can't figure this out) I'm doing something wrong?? Can anyone help me?? PLEASE!!”

• Right after you push the dvd into the computer, look down and to the right there should be a window that asks you if you want to open it

• I do not own this model, but on any other laptop/computer, you might need to install media software off of the Microsoft store. These are usually free.
