A:AnswerThe motherboard had to be replaced due to a manufacturing issue. Best Boy's Geek Squad replaced the defective motherboard under the manufacturer's warranty. We did have to pay the $100 BB service fee, but because it was a faulty motherboard, we did not have to pay for that since it was still within the warrant time. This is a lemon of a laptop and if purchased in the past month I would use Best Buy's return policy and find a better laptop.
A:AnswerIf under a year warranty or you bought an extended warranty....take to the geek squad. It is a mother board problem. I took mine in, they replaced the battery. I took it home it had the same issue...kept shutting down. Back to geek squad and this time they replaced the mother board....now it runs fine.
A:Answerthis computer with the win 10 o.s. is terrible tons of bloatware that cant be removed and the machine crashes daily just sitting there ...very crappy machine.
