“Can I completely wipe the system? I do not want anything to do with Windows 11 or Copilot/Recall, so I'd like to know if the laptop can have all of that formatted (Especially since Windows 11 seems to dig its heels in when you try to remove anything).”

• You can wipe the drive, but if you download Win 11 again, it will have all the components that come with it, so you would have to switch OS altogether.
