Actually what I did was reformat and reinstall Windows 10 completely and I haven't had any more issues since..

Please try again later.If it has a Qulacomm AR9285 wifi car good luck its defective and has to be constantly reset to keep a connection .. there is no fix for it it is a well know issue since 2009 pr longer same card.. Now I have it in 2 laptops.. but at least one runs good at 5 years old and NOT WIN 10.. YOU HAVE 15 DAYS FROM RECIEPT OF LAPTOP TO RETURN IT.. i WOULD RUN NOT WALK TO NEAREST STORE AND GET A REFUND.. believe me or you will be stuck with a useless piece of junk just like I am..since i didn't realize I had the same wifi card as My older one until it was too ate.. got this for my Other half because his old one died.. he had no time to shop for another.. said get one I'll pay you back and he won't touch it again.. or pay for it.. so i have to eat it.. sure I can probably get the card replaced since it is under warrenty maybe but still like putting lipstick on a pig..
