Is this a new laptop and does it have any warranty? null

This is a new laptop and does carry a manufacturer warranty. Mine is for 2 to 3 years and also can purchase extend service plan through Best Buy/ Geek Squad for $79.

It is new but I think you only get cover by best buy return period... :)
