• A:Answer Sounds like your OS failed. The same thing happened to me after less than a month. I tried everything possible to get it to reboot but it was dead. I took it back to Best buy and they said the operating system failed. I got a refund and upgraded to the Lenovo 14 inch 2 in 1.
