“Why can't I shut it down and it stays shut down. It shuts down for 5-7 minutes then turns itself back on. I went to start- power- shut down and that all works fine. It shuts off in couple minutes then 5-7 minutes later it turns itself back on. Is this normal and how can I stop it from doing this?
