We don’t have the ring system and this wasn’t compatible with the router that I had without purchasing additional cords that were expensive. Had to return this item. Sorry couldn’t be more helpful
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I also have a ring bell, it was constantly losing signal from my existing router that places in the kitchen. Since I bought this router used it as 2nd router and placed it in the living room which is close to the ring 2 bell outdoor, I would be able to view my ring camera on my iphone XR with out any connection issues. It runs fluidly and so far I am happy with it. It is super easy to set it up. My modem is from Spectrums , I think it is cable not fiber optics.
