QuestionAsus accidental drop warrantyI know asus includes a 1 year accidental drop/damage warranty with other retailers (Amazon,etc.). I can't find any information on the Best Buy web site clarifying if it is still valid when purchased at Best Buy. Can you confirm if this warranty is valid with a Best Buy purchase or not?

QuestionDoes anyone know how many years this battery lasts? If it is not removable and it lasts 1 1/2 yrs like my old diff brand notebook then what? My other dell notebook the battery lasted years so in this case not being removable won't matter in decision

- Answer I don't have this exact Zenbook. However, my current Asus Zenbook is 5 years old and the battery is still just fine.

QuestionHow is the hinge design on this unit? Is it the same with the earlier ASUS laptops from the UX303 line? I read somewhere that those hinges were not as durable because of some design flaw.

- Answer Horrible... steer clear of this model (ux303ub) and company for that matter. Check out my review. My right hinge broke completely off the LCD side after just 3 months of daily use. I called ASUS and they made me pay to ship it back to them in California for repairs. This is a poorly designed machine.
