• I own the laptop and it has USB4, as mentioned on the Asus website. I have no idea why Asus support said 3.2 here. They are probably looking at last year's model.

• The RAM is soldered. The USB ports are Type C with USB 4.

• Yes, the memory is soldered on(16gb onboard).

• Yes, the RAM is soldered on the motherboard and is not upgradeable. It has two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C ports that supports support display / power delivery.
