QuestionIs the RAM soldered? Could it be upgraded to DDR5? What generation are the USB C ports?

- Answer I own the laptop and it has USB4, as mentioned on the Asus website. I have no idea why Asus support said 3.2 here. They are probably looking at last year's model.

QuestionDoesn't this laptop have front facing camera? Microsenter has the same laptop, but it's coming with front facing camera. So, i wonder why not camera on your model?

QuestionAre the USB C ports USB 3.2 or USB 4? The Best Buy page indicates that they're USB 4, but the ASUS product page indicates that they're USB 4.

- Answer Officially they are USB 3.2 for now as of the latest BIOS update. However, both ports have the PCIe tunneling hardware to be USB 4, so ASUS can enable them with a BIOS update later (just like with the 2022 ASUS RoG Zephyrus G14's left-side USB-C, which is now USB 4 with the latest Beta BIOS, tested with eGPU and all). It may take a few months for ASUS to get around to releasing a non-Beta BIOS to make USB 4 support official. In the mean time, you can try to enable them yourself with drivers. Even without them, some USB 4 devices, such as the very popular Hyperdrive USB 4 mobile dock, already work. Other USB 4 devices you may have to tinker with drivers.
