QuestionWhat screwdriver do I use to open the back of the laptop?

- Answer Purchase a Hyper Tough 44 piece precision bit set like i did..you can purchase this at Walmart or online at Amazon and this kit will give you every screw bit size that you will need to unscrew these screws..I used a T5 size screw bit and it worked great. Just be very careful not to put too much pressure on the driver or spin too much because it may strip the screw head! This screw kit will give you every bit size and dimensions that you can use on many different electronics not just this specific pc.

- Answer It can play many games pretty well, but make sure you have it plugged in, since you get more performance when it is plugged in. I would like to say that the graphics card went out in the system about 4 or 5 months after I bought it, but it was most likely a one time system defect.

- Answer Yes, two monitors can be connected to the laptop, first monitor connects to the HDMI port and the second monitor connects using a USB-C to DisplayPort adapter, or a USB-C to HDMI adapter.

- Answer I asked after a few days but then I myself personally don't see any with 16gb models and I am sure they are quite expensive... How can a laptop have 8gb memory with windows 11 in 20222 is beyond me. This is an excellent deal from you ASUS, just the memory is not enough.

- Answer No it does not come with the illuminated touchpad, this laptop(Q408UG-211.BL) is based on and even shares the same motherboard as the UM425 which does have it. This laptop appears to be a budget version of that laptop and it is probably one of the best budget laptops on the market.
