- Answer No, that's not true. Touch screen laptops MAY have a tendency to fail but that's mainly because they found within cheaper laptops compared to your, let's say, apple products. Nothing to worry about here!

- Answer Yes, SSD with heatsink will fit right in to the laptop. Any M.2 NVMe PCIe Gen 4 SSD, regardless of the brand, will be compatible.
