- Answer Yes the screen does fo fully flat to the 180 degree angle. Based on reviews, the space is not upgradable, but do your own research.

Questionwhy does it have so many issues connecting to Bluetooth, and it disconnects on its own. Sometimes its connected and I can't hear anything so i have to disconnected like 2 times for it to work again.

- Answer It is 16GB of RAM and 512GB SSD. It went on sale at Best Buy before Labor Day 2023 at $699. I saw it went down $50 more a couple weeks later

- Answer I was also unsure if this laptop came with 8 or 16 gb of ram but mine arrived with 16gb of ram. I would make sure you get the model labeled as Q420VA.
