Q: QuestionLaptop was charged working fine, the next morning i am getting a power system issue error, but the laptop does not appear to be charging to clear it. This is brand new as I bought a few days ago. why am I already having power issues, and what’s the fix

• A:Answer If you are getting a power related issue, check if the AC adapter is properly connected from the laptop to a working power source. Try to connefct it to another power source. If the problem persist, try to disconnect the power cable and let the unit drain for 24 hours to clear the memory. This will reset the hardware to default settings allowing the unit to power on and boot up successfully without errors. After doing this, please reconnect your AC adapter, do not power on the laptop until the battery is charged. • A:Answer If the laptop will not boot up or it's just black screen, do the following. Try to do a power cycle by pressing and holding down the power button to shut it down completely. If it still blacks screen after a few minutes, at least 10 minutes, repeat the power cycle process again. If the laptop is applying updates in the System Registry, it will black screen temporarily until the update were applied successfully. Also, try to disconnect the power cable and let the unit drain for 24 hours to clear the memory. This will reset the hardware to default settings allowing the unit to power on and boot up successfully. After doing this, please reconnect your AC adapter, do not power on the laptop until the battery is charged.

• A:Answer Yes! Bluetooth via Windows 11 works well. All my devices connect with no issues. An added bonus for my personal situation is that my hearing aids will connect directly to this laptop. My previous laptop, an MSI, required a separate device in order to connect my hearing aids. This allows me to "pipe" the audio directly to my ears ... glorified "air pods!" :-)
