QuestionDo the USB-A or USB-C ports also put out video for easily connecting to one of the many port adapters to use 2 or 3 monitors with this laptop? I believe it is called Display Port protocol. Thanks

- Answer I’m using a third party dock with an HDMI monitor cable (not a DisplayPort connection). Works great. The dock allows simultaneous powering, external displays, USB-C and USB-A connections, SD&TF cards, Works great.

QuestionI bought a Zenbook A14 as I love my ProArt. But I can not get Adaptive Lighting turned off through the Windows Settings menus. I turned off energy saver. Its an issue whether I am using the battery or plugged in. It just constantly changes the display.

- Answer You can turn off Adaptive Lighting inside Settings > Settings > Display, under "Brightness & Color", click on Brightness to expand options, then turn off "Change brightness based on content". Additionally, set your brightness level manually.
