• Yep. And it comes with a Windows Ink-ready stylus, just not a holder *for* that stylus. No biggie if you don't plan on using it much, which is my recommendation because it needs a battery to run. The first one is supplied but I heard these external battery styluses eat up a lot of power. It's too soon for me to agree or disagree with that.

• This product does NOT come with a stylus. I assumed it did, purchased the laptop, and when I opened the box at home, I called Best Buy and they told me there's no stylus.
