QuestionWhen I try to download chrome onto this laptop it says "installation failed due to an unspecified error...", is google chrome not compatible with this laptop?

- Answer My laptop: ASUS UX360CADBM2T/13.3"/INTEL CORE M3. Downloaded Chrome browser directly from chrome/google website. Download & setup in about 60 seconds. Worked the first time & am using chrome right now to answer this question. Please note: Edge browser has caused me untold grief in getting to my websites, and login/password entries were impossible with many of my regular sites; even Paypal was unable to accept my login/password combination. I had previously downloaded Firefox and things were normal for me. Firefox was how I accessed the internet to download Chrome. Good luck!

Questioneverywhere else the laptop says it has 13.3 in Full HD IPS touchscreen (1920 x 1080), 10-finger multi-touch support, but can anyone who has this or know of the best buy brand having IPS display as well? In the product features, it just says full HD.

- Answer I'd check the fan answer. The "m" chipset is their mobile oriented one and does not need a fan, unlike the i5 and i7 intel chipsets which do.

- Answer The SSD can be upgraded. I believe the RAM is soldered to the motherboard. If that is the case; then, RAM cannot be upgraded.

QuestionWhat is the size and weight of the charger/power supply. I need light weight for travel purposes so a lightweight computer won't be of much benefit if the power supply is as large as and weighs as much as a brick.
