• It is a backlit keyboard, not sure about ram as i was not gonna open the brand new laptop and 32gb of ram is plenty for what its used for

• Yes, this laptop model has a back lit keyboard. The RAM is onboard, soldered on the motherboard and it is not upgradeable.
