My understanding is that Asus has limited it to 28W TDP for the CPU. I know some folks complain it is not the full TDP, but the new 370 HX processors don't gain much after 30W TDP. Also, in most use cases, you will not draw near the limit. A thing to remember is that this is a thin and light and if the power limit is too high, then the heat cannot be dissipated easily.
