Note to questioner: This is Best Buy’s fault more than an Asus issue. BB often asks Asus to build it custom models with less memory.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.According to Asus's website they have 2 models, one with 24GB and one with 32GB. This is the 24GB model. Hopefully Asus actually releases the 32GB model in the US. Other laptops they have released only the 16GB in the US while other countries get the 16GB and 32GB models. Whoever makes these ridiculous decisions needs a strongly worded email...
