Yes you can, the integrated 880M graphics has similar performance to a desktop GTX 1650 graphics card, games would be playable on low settings. You'd be able to play at higher settings by using an external GPU enclosure that utilizes the USB 4 ports. When gaming I suggest using a laptop stand that has a fan for higher sustained performance.
