• Yes. Factory installed with dialer. Check with your lawyer in your State on the legality of use. My own attorney advised not to set the call recorder to "Record All Calls" by default in any jurisdiction. The wiretapping laws in some jurisdictions make it a crime to record another party without their express consent. *I am not an attorney. This is not legal advice.

• Yes, it offers both in-call recording saved to local memory and game screen / face-cam recording for live-streaming to Twitch / Youtube or saving to local memory.
