Q: Is this the correct processor in the description? On the phone site and most other places this has a 820 snapdragon not older one in the 600's. The same thing with the camera information. Is this the zenfone 3 deluxe with the zenfone 2 information?

Q: Hi, I just would like to know if this is an international Smartphone as I will be using it in Argentina, South America. Thank you

A: It works on any GSM system. The only country I am sure it will not work in is Japan.

Q: Does the phone have a separate SD micro slot or do you have to use one of the SIM slots. Thank you.

A: This is a dual SIM phone. One dedicated SIM slot. The second slot is for EITHER a nanoSIM OR a microSD card... you must choose between running the second SIM, or a microSD, you cannot do both. I own this model.

Q: Once charged, how long does the battery last? i.e. 24 hrs, 48 hrs. etc.

A: From a full charge, and forgetting to put it on the charger overnight, I made is about 30 hours with heavy use (YouTube, Movies, Music, Video calling, highend gaming, etc.). Once you add Facebook, it drops to about 20-22 hours with the same use. Facebook is a battery hog. By disabling all permissions for Facebook, I managed to kick it back up to about 24-25. I don't know about the standby time because I enjoy this phone so much I can't seem to put it down. I own the ZS550KL.

Q: This cell phone is compatible with another simcards or only with AT&T, T-Mobile, Cricket, TRACFONE, Net10, Simple Mobile, H2O Wireless? In international trip will I can use a local prepaid LTE simcards?

Awesome phone
Good sound for a small speaker Fast as heck Bluetooth pair amazingly quick although it malfunctions from time to time Camera is pretty good along with the features it has Good graphics Durable as I already drop it twice accidentally Key pad takes time getting use to. Double screen features. Fingerprint comes in handy like you wouldn't believe it Get your two year warranty and you are good.

Amazing Phone for the Price
First, I want to compliment BB Customer Service. My initial phone order never arrived (US Post Office) and the agent I spoke with did some brief checking and offered a full refund or replacement on the first call! I took the replacement. And, he shipped it overnight via FedEx. Great, no hassle, customer service. Now about the phone. It is fast, better than my iPhone 6s+. Looks really good too and is metal, not plastic. A few downsides, ASUS loads the phone with proprietary software. Most can be disabled but it is a pain to have to go through this. The dual sim card slots are ideal for travel or if you want to maintain separate phone numbers. But keep in mind it uses 2 different sizes of sim cards. I recommend you get the phone before buying any cards. It would be nice if ASUS used a separate slot for the SD card (SD requires you to use 1 of the sim slots) or if they offered a 128gb model but for me, 64 is enough. I recommend a USB 'C' adapter so you can use an external card reader or thumb drive. Easy to find and use. This phone uses the USB 'C' plug that improves data transfer speed. USB micro or mini will not work. The 'C' looks like an inverse to the iPhone plug and is symmetrically shaped, not trapezoid like the plugs for Samsung 4 or 5. Also, be certain to buy a case specific to the 550 model. ASUS makes a few styles of this phone and the cases will not fit. I recommend a case because the phone is very slick and can easily slip out of your hand without a case. This phone has a very good sound system and the output is really good stereo if you use headphones. I wish it had 2 speakers for built in stereo, but oh well. Also, this phone uses GSM and will not work well on Sprint or Verizon. But GSM is the most used system around the world and the phone works great in Europe, South America, and most of Asia. I travel a lot :-) . I am very happy with this phone. I like it better than my 6s+. It is a solid performer and gives me the flexibility I need with multiple cards. And, you can't beat the price for the features. f it was possible, I would have given it 4.5 stars. Just a few little items of distraction. I would absolutely recommend this phone to a friend or family member.
