“I bought this phone yesterday at the location in Southaven and it says that this phone is a 4G LTE phone. Is there a reason to why the phone is only running on 4G? I'm with simple mobile I've called them and they have troubleshooted my phone.”

• EEOC error! I have this phone on mint sim (t-mo mvno) and I have great service. I had simple mobile...ditch them. Equipment exceeds operator capabilities.
