YESS!! I own a IPhone 5C make sure it's updated and download Android wear from The App Store (it's free) and follow the instructions.

Not entirely. you can't sync your calendars or reminders and some other functions. it is more compatible with an Andriod Phone.

I would not recommend for the iPhone. The watch will have limited functions.
