It looks like it has some functions like this, but limited. Auto tracks your steps, but the heart rate monitor needs you to touch 2 fingers to the top sides of the watch. Sleep tracking might be possible via the internal gyros seeing you move around or toss and turn during the night. It doesn't appear to have any other sensors for tracking sleep.

However it unfortunately does not, built in, track sleep data. (However, Sleep as Android, an app on the Play Store, does track sleep data and is compatible with this Android Wear smartwatch. Source: I use Sleep as Android every night)
