QuestionI have an Arris router that my ISP requires for my internet service. Will this Asus ZenWifi AX1800 (or AX XT8) connect to my Arris Router without any compatibility issues?

- Answer You used the term "router" but I think you mean "modem". Yes, this should work. This system comes with an ethernet cable to plug the base mesh router into your modem. From there, the rest of the setup is quick and easy.

QuestionI have this product and a 2200 foot home. I also have 3 Samsung Q90 tvs that buffer(I have spectrum maximum speed). Geek squad/Best Buy installed the system and it isn’t working as I think it should. Any advice? Thanks

QuestionCan I create separate 2.4 and 5 GHz SSIDs with this? I have some old devices that will only work with 2.4 GHz and have had trouble getting them to connect to an SSID that combines both into a single network name.

- Answer One of the units is the router, the other two are satellites. So no, you don't need a separate router.

- Answer If your router is already wifi enabled you will want to log in and turn that off, you may need your isp's assistance if you're not familiar with doing that. On the back of your router you would run an ethernet cable/cat5/6 to the wan port of the main node. From there follow the instructions included in your box.

- Answer I have seen what you are talking about and unfortunately I can’t answer that question but what I can say is that you don’t have to install all three of them. But in any case that lets say you wanted some wifi outside your home you could set it up outside for better signal.

- Answer Hello Susan, Can you give more details of why you are looking for the USB? Is it to view video? If you are using the indoor hard wired cameras that get power from the ethernet port. The Hub as I understand it connects to your router. The USB is for local storage. I don't have Arlo so I am just guessing at the moment. I have ADT/Alarm.com. I can connect my hub to a monitor via HDMI. The video can be stored in the cloud or via USB storage. Or both. Long way of saying, without knowing what device and why you need the USB it is hard to help. That being said, these extenders can be used for the wireless cameras to connect via WiFi however, no USB is on the extenders. Happy to circle back to help, Mr. Veggie
