I had the same issue. I was extreemly opimiztic that the ZenWifi would be the best option for my home network. but... devices just wouldnt connected constantly drop. cant contact Asus for help because once you put your SN into there support portal it directs you to Geek squad. Ended up returning the router.

Please try again later.To resolve the unstable connection, please verify devices connecting to the router are working properly and within range to the router, the router is within 30 feet to the ISP's modem, if not wired by a network cable, and ISP's internet service or connection is working properly or stable. If a firmware update didn't resolve the issue, please reconfigure your network connections on the devices.
