• I realize it does not record incoming call if you setup for 5 or 6 rings for answering machine picks up. Although the manual says you can set up 6 or 5 rings.

• Yes, and a rather loud spoken caller id identifies the caller's number before they leave the message. Yes, and you can also screen a caller (listen to them leaving a message).
