A:AnswerYes you must have an at&t comparable phone but you get unlimited talk and text and limited data. The higher the plan the more data. They expire every month although you can set up a automatic payment plan through the web site if you don’t want to bother buying month to month. I have done both but like the control of me choosing when to buy so I can fit it into my budget when it suits me.
