Q: QuestionCan you play messages by pushing play button on base unit? Without going through PIN numbers etc. also, when a message is being said from incoming call, can you hear the voice? So you know you have a message, without going through all the steps.

• A:Answer I believe they are Lithium Ion batteries. They don't heat up when being charged, and stay cool when in use. They are pretty small, and easily replaceable, and hold a charge for a few days without being on the charger base.

Q: QuestionHow do I get our messages to go to our new ATT answering machine and not to our phone carrier voicemail. Our old ATT answering machine did this but I cannot get the new ATT system to work this way. Calls go directly to Voice Mail on phone
