“How does one change the amount of rings before going to voicemail? My phone rings 2 times, then to VM. Sometimes I can't get to it fast enough.”

• When I pick up my home phone and get the dial tone. I put in star 94 I get a answer that request can not done.

• Changing the number of rings before home phone voice mail picks... Pick up the home phone receiver, wait for dial tone, and dial *94. You'll hear 3 beeps followed by dial tone. Enter the number of rings you want (between 2 and 9). Listen for 2 confirmation beeps and hang up.
