A:AnswerYes, just no display. Will continue to receive/make calls with run down batteries and during general power failure as long as connected to standard phone line.
A:Answerwe have the wall mount bracket from a previous phone and this phone has fit quite nicely on it. You have to plug the short cord into the phone jack and coil it against the phone and then it slides flush against the wall.
