Our phone has a button that reads, "Play/Stop." Pressing that button causes the message recorded on the phone's answering machine to play. We experienced problems when setting up the answering machine part of the phone. I had set the # of rings before the answering machine picks up to 6. I called from my cell phone & left a message on the house phone, but was unable to play it. It turns out the answering service through Verizon picks up after fewer than 6 rings, and puts the message in their system, which requires a dial in to obtain messages from Verizon. By changing the house phone's # of rings to 4, before messages go to the phone's answering machine, the problem was solved. Best wishes with your phone. We love ours!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just press the button that says REPEAT. It's on the face of the unit. Press it as soon as the message you want to hear again is over, don't wait til next msg starts to play or you will have missed your chance. Otherwise, you can wait until all messages have played. then press the main button again and all of them will replay.
